Getting Started

Are you a health services provider who would like to add yourself to the VDHP database? Getting started is easy:

1. Create an account
2. Login with your username and password
3. Add details about your health care practice
4. Add details about one or more individual providers

Once your entries have been reviewed by VDHP, they will be made available to the public.
